Smartphone Photography: Beginners | Gain a basic understanding of the functions of your smartphone camera for proper exposure, focus and framing. Explore the concepts of lighting, composition and basic editing. Explore edit apps that enhance your images. $48 includes $10 fee. Students must bring smartphone and charger, objects to shoot, walking shoes and snack.

Explore the smartphone camera and its capabilities; Practice indoor/outdoor exposures, control for focus and explore compositional techniques; Use the function of editing app currently on smartphone and explore additional apps available; Practice exposure adjustments and use of basic filters; Complete portrait, landscape and macro-challenges using techniques learned.
