Course Description

Prepare for academic and practical education in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, and hospitality management. Study knife cuts, kitchen organization and sanitization, and fundamental cooking and baking skills. $220+ includes $66 fee. Note: Designed for students who recently attended a high school culinary arts or baking and pastry arts high school program and are preparing to attend a post-secondary hospitality management program.
