Course Description

Explore these introductory kettlebells to improve physical fitness. Learn the basics of using kettlebells for a full body workout while building strength, endurance, and conditioning. Introduction to mobility/flexibility drills. Participants are welcome to attend one or all of the workshop sessions. Instruction provided so that participants can build their knowledge and skills by attending more than one workshop and basic instruction is taught at all sessions.  No prior experience is required. Equipment is provided.
