Learner OutcomesApply plumbing procedures and OSHA safety training to identify and mitigate workplace and laboratory risks with reference to industry regulations, tool use, material handling guidelines, and PPE; Identify and demonstrate safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools; Employ mathematic calculations including basic operations, geometric principles, and algebraic processes to estimate, measure, and layout materials in both the classroom and laboratory environment; Interpret construction drawings and written specifications in accordance with construction building codes; Describe the uses and types of different pipe materials and fittings in plumbing installations including plastic, copper, cast iron, and steel;
