Course Description

Google Tools: Deep Dive | Build your knowledge of Google Workspace tools including Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Slides. Take a deep dive in how to further use these tools. Explore additional tools such as Google Sites, Google Forms, Google Drawing and Google Sheets. Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 years or older by start date in order to enroll in this class.

Learner Outcomes

Review basic Google Workspace Drive and file structure.;Apply digital skills using Google Docs to create documents using advanced features like tables, images; Practice using Google Slides to create fliers, brochures, e-books and animations; Create Google Forms and learn how to distribute them and collect data; Explore Google Drawing to create diagrams and infographics.

Notices

Grading: Students will receive a Y if they attend the class and an N if they do not. Attendance: Students must attend 60% of the instructional time of this non-credit CEWD class to pass. Class participation: Students are encouraged to participate in this CEWD class.
