Course Description

HCAT is an established testing site to facilitate American Culinary Federation (ACF) professional recognition through certification. HCAT will ensure that the standards of certification practical exam testing are upheld by following proper protocol and procedures when planning and conducting ACF practical exams. In addition to registering for this exam, certification candidates must register with the American Culinary Federation at www.acfchefs.org. $50 fee.


Registrants must meet the American Culinary Federation requirements for the level of certification they are registering for. Must have permission granted by David Ludwig, HCAT Assistant Director at drludwig@aacc.edu to register for this course.
