Course Description

Beginning French 2 | Build on the skills gained in French 1. Expand knowledge of French grammatical structures and vocabulary. Learn phrases, idiomatic expressions and the ability to ask and answer questions. Note: Senior Cycle fee class. Students must be 55 years or older by start date in order to enroll in this class.

Learner Outcomes

Demonstrate an understanding of the structural elements of the French language; Apply grammatical rules of the French language through verbal and written expression; Demonstrate the ability to form simple sentences in French; Discuss the cultural characteristics of France.
