Course Description
Learn about a profile of the Generation Y and how they relate to supervision and other generations in the wastewater facilitation and operation workplace. Focus on generational behaviors; the forces that shaped Generation Y; language and communication style; and work ethic. Discuss strategies for engaging the Gen Y in the wastewater facilitation and operation workplace while building on contemporary abilities and how to communicate effectively. Discuss ideas and techniques with supervisors of Gen Y workers that can be used to help develop Gen Ys into dedicated and productive employees.Learner Outcomes
