Pâte à Choux at Home | Watch an HCAT chef demonstrate a variety of pâte à choux pastries. Learn how to make pâte à choux and the many pastries made from it, including profiteroles, éclairs and gougeres. Identify the proper techniques for using this versatile dough. $32+ includes $10 fee.
